My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I see you are stating that you had an issue with excess mileage that we were supposed to pay off. I would like to get more information from you so that I can look into it and see what, if any, is the issue. If you can respond in here with more information then I can look into it. I would need your name and when you took delivery of the car. I would also like to see the paperwork that the lease company sent you so that I can see what exactly they charged you for. Thanks. I received your fax. What I was hoping you would have sent over was the end of lease paperwork that Acura would have sent you with a complete break down of your end of lease charges. I see on the fax that you sent it shows that on 7/6/2012 a $1200 payment that we made towards your lease which is what is shown on the Buyer's order that you and our managment team signed. On the buyer's order, under the total showing $3000 and the Deposit showing $2000 it states "Acura of Ocean is paying $1200 toward previous lease" In looking at everything, it shows that we made the $1200 payment to Acura that we were supposed to so I am confused as to what you think is owed to you. I would like to go over the information with you with what you signed when you took delivery of the car and the numbers involved if you want to. Let me know.

yes let me know a number to contact you at.. Once again i paid an extra $1445.75 on the new lease per an agreement this would cover the miles overage and the 2 months remaining. you (Acura of ocean are cliaming i put down a $1445.75 as a cap cost reduction. this was not our agreement.

I would rather set up a time and sit down with you so that we can go over all of our notes on your deal when you came in with what your best deal was from the other dealer and what we ended up sending you out at.
