Still waiting on second key fob promised by andi. My second purchase. I understand adding protection to new car, but to require protection package for a used vehicle is sketchy at best. Andi, your salesperson, who is a nice guy has all my contact info.

Your manager called me a while back on March 08, 2022 in response to my message of March March 07, 2022 above and apologized for not following up as promised in your message dated February 12, 2022 above. On the call he said he was going to check on the issue (presumably with Tyler or the mechanic who worked on my car) and get back to me. I have yet to hear from him. Just so you have the information handy, here is the photo I sent to Tyler on January 24 showing the gap in the steering column that your mechanics could not close (but did not tell me) apparently because they broke the clip in the housing that normally holds the top and bottom together.
