There were several items on the RDX that needed attention, and Acura Columbus was very willing to take care of each of the items we found after our purchase. Purchase of certified pre-owned Acura RDX I am very pleased with my recent purchase, and the customer service I received was better than any customer service I've experienced in a long time. F I am very pleased with my recent purchase, and the customer service I received was better than any customer service I've experienced in a long time. From the moment I walked in the door (not realizing they had just started winter hours that day and it was almost closing time), Brian Kerr took his time providing me all of the information I needed to make a decision, and he was willing to negotiate a price. Kyle Duncan was respectful and took his time making sure I got the best rate for my financed vehicle. Both Brian and Kyle stayed late to help me close the deal and take my new vehicle home with me that night. Acura Columbus has been exceptional on small follow-up details after my purchase, such as complimentary fixing of the sun glass holder that would not stay up and making me a back-up remote starter. The battery was low on the original remote starter a week after purchase, and they put in a new battery for me at no extra charge. Acura Columbus is all about service and making you feel like they want and appreciate your business. And did I mention that I LOVE my (new to me) Acura RDX! More
