Negotiating for a car is not something that I enjoy doing, but Steve Augusta made the process go smoothly, which was important to me since I had not bought a car in 11 years. Despite living 20 miles away, it was worth the trip. Chris Wright, the Financial Services Manager explained all of the various options I had and called me early the next day, answering a question I had left after closing time. The facility is new, big, and clearly customer focused. I would defiitely recommend it to others. More

I recently took delivery of a 2009 Toyota Avalon. This is the first Toyota I have owned, so I have not had a previous experience with this or any other Toyota dealership. Having read excellent reviews of Acton Toyota on this site (and terrible reviews of a closer dealership), I decided pay them a visit. I was so impressed by my initial experience, that I returned to them to order my car a few weeks later. Without question Travis is the most honest, straightforward car sales person that I have ever dealt with (and this is the 19th car that I have owned)! The same can be said of the dealership as a whole. The sales process was painless. Both Travis and Chris (the financial guy) were completely professional in their approach, fully knowledgeable about the product, and not at all pushy. The option configuration I wanted had to be ordered, which took about six weeks, but during that time Travis kept in frequent touch as he got updates from the factory. Acton Toyota has a great delivery system. When your car arrives you are invited to come in and inspect it before you pay the balance due, so you can look it over before it is prepped. Once you have paid, the car is prepped and the title/registration/plates are taken care of. On delivery day Travis did an excellent job of walking through all the new technological toys. They even have a multi-car delivery bay so you can tour you car in comfort INSIDE in case it's raining out! This car purchase experience was hands-down the most enjoyable I have ever had. More

Juliana was our first contact at Acton Toyota of Littleton. (We had tried another closer dealership previously.) When Juliana did not have first-hand knowledge of winter/snow handling of the Prius we were interested in, she found owners who could provide those answers directly. She researched for us the availability/compatibility of roof carrier systems - something we had been unsuccessful doing on the internet. She was tremendously organized and thorough completing 3 leases for our 2 sons and us under a short deadline before the expiration of a lease promotion. This included scheduling credit applications, locating 2 color options, processing registrations and accommodating our sons' work and travel time (one son from Portland, ME). Although her day off came the next day, she left paperwork for signing with competent Ben to complete with us while she was off so that cars could be located and the registration transactions could proceed prior to her return. Ben was fully informed and also able to answer last minute questions. Keith made the credit application for all 3 of us very easy and clear, specifically helping us work out the best means to enable our sons to develop their credit histories. When Garret checked us out in the operation of the Prius he was also able to answer maintenance questions that came up. Craig gave us a much better trade-in value than the previous dealership. What pleased us most was that the advertised price was the top limit from which Craig worked down as he credited in our trade-ins. All costs such as registration, taxes, etc were already included in the advertised cost. While one son did not have a vehicle to trade in, the other son and we ended up with less than the advertised monthly lease cost. With other dealerships advertising a lower lease rate, it quickly became clear there were additional charges that were added on once we were sitting down to make the deal. Furthermore, Juliana has stayed in contact via email to offer her help with any problems that might arise. So far none have. We would definitely continue to do business with Acton Toyota of Littleton! More

I immediatly realized Tomas price quotes were very competitive . I had done extensive research especially on the Corolla. It took me a total of 1 month to finally make my decision(some of this time due to Illness).Tomas was extremly patient and provided me with information on any new price deals that came up.My overall expeirence with Tomas and other members of Acton Toyota was quite posative. I feel thatI got and excellent deal with great service. I would highly recomend Acton Toyota and I would definetly recomend Tomas Revetria for a Sales person.
