The experience working with Bob Rabb was outstanding. He was attentive, respectful, positive without being aggressive, and knowledgeable. His splendid sense of humor was helpful. When confronted with a potential problem (Smart Key and pacemaker/defibrillator) he skillfully researched the question as we did with our physicians. The problem was resolved without need for change. We will definitely recommend him to any friends or family who might be buying a Toyota. On the other hand, relative to the General Manager, I was less satisfied. When my online inquiry, in my name, generated a response to my husband, no apology was forthcoming when I spoke with him. UAlso, upon purchasing the car, I received an email acknowledgement which then used an incorrect last name. Not well done! More
We have bought 2 cars so far from Acton Toyota. Both times our experience was great. I hate dealing with sales people but the person we dealt with at Acton Toyota was honest and to the point. . . no n times our experience was great. Acton's prices are competitive and both times we have gotten good deals compared to the prices of other dealerships. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone and I will definately be going back there for my next Toyota. More
My wife and I enjoyed working with our sales person Steve Agusta, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. However, dealing with the finance person Ed(long last name, fo Agusta, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. However, dealing with the finance person Ed(long last name, for which I cannot remember)was not so good. When my wife and I would not purchase any of the add-ons, i.e. extended warranty, paint protection, their type of lo-jack and so on, he instantly turned unprofessional, and seemly angry with us, he came across as if he were an angry spoiled child. When we were leaving he would not look at us, did not say thank you or goodbye and did not shake our hands. Our experience with Ed was poor, the rating of 3, for customer service and friendliness would have been a 1 for Ed's part and a 5 for Steve's part for this purchase. I hope this helps... More
We were frequent visitors to Acton Toyota as we narrowed in on our favorite model. We test-drove 4 cars and never felt any sales pressure and found the salespeople to be more knowledgeable than those at ot in on our favorite model. When we decided to buy a toyota I extensively researched all the similar vehicles in the area as well as the market value info from edmunds, cars.com and consumer reports. In the end Acton Toyota gave us a great price on our car and a fair value on our high-mileage trade-in. Of the five dealerships I've worked with over the years this is the first one that I am recommending to friends. More
This was a great buying experience. Ken worked very hard to ensure that I was happy with all aspects of the sale. I went into the Toyota dealership trying to get some info about buying a new car. I had been in need of a car for a long time but I didn't exactly have the money for a new one. I had been looking all over th about buying a new car. I had been in need of a car for a long time but I didn't exactly have the money for a new one. I had been looking all over the place for a used car but had no luck finding one. My whole family has Toyota and I figure that's what I wanted to be driving. I spent about an hour talking to Jerry about prices and things of that sort. He gave me a price, but I still wasn't sure about buying a new one. I test drove a corolla and came back satisfied but still wanted to go home and think about it. The manager came over and made me an offer that I simply could not refuse because it was very affordable. I could have still said no, but I was in big need of a car at this point. I ended up walking out with the keys and had a really good buying experience. In the future I would definitely would go back to Acton Toyota, whether it is for service or buying a new car, and if I had gone to another dealership I would not have gotten a better price. More
Steve Jensen, at the .com division of Acton Toyota, is the best. I have purchased 3 cars from him, and sent my daughter and cousin to him as well. Service reps are friendly, helpful; the dealership is clean, easy to hang out while waiting; servicing is high quality and fast. I travel out of my way to go to Acton Toyota (there is a dealership closer to me) and my daughter travels from Rhode Island. I highly recomment Acton Toyota, from sales through service. More

Initially interested in a used Scion, Wellington's help in letting us drive a new one for Toyota, from whom we have purchased most of our vehicles. Their basic business model is good: big dealership in the 'burbs that gives low up-front pricing on Toyotas. The new location is nice and they are reasonably friendly and professional. The only problem is: their prices really aren't all that low! If you do what we did and shop around, you can beat their prices by up to $1500 on certain vehicles. Remember, we're in a bad economy right now and dealers are hurting. We do recommend Acton Toyota for one thing; to get a starting point for the price when you start your shopping! More
Acton Toyota was a big disappointment, falling far below my expectations. I did NOT want my perfectly good truck with 64k on the odometer to get scrapped just to get a few extra $$$ as a "clunker" than the my expectations.
