After visiting other dealers I decided to go to Acton Toyota. This is the place where I kept on servicing my car. I wasn't prepared for buying the car the day I went and I told Kenneth that. He was very polite and professional and said "no pressure". We checked some options and I was handled the keys to the car I liked most. Took it for a ride (alone which is unusual) and came back. Gave the keys back and still not sure about buying I mentioned it again to Kenneth. Once again, I heard "I understand". No tricks with lost keys, no drama with sales manager, nothing. I came back the following day to ask some more questions. Kenneth was busy with customers so he introduced me to Steve. Steve (probably like everyone there) was very patient, professional and understanding. After some negotiations we decided to close a deal. Was it the best price I could have gotten? Probably not. But having in mind servicing experience I decided to go for it. Highly recommend. More

My Acton Toyota (Littleton, MA) experience from sale to first service was a huge disapointment. "Toyota Certified" Used Car Purchase and Subsequent Dealer Service I Purchased a "Toyota Certified" Used first service was a huge disapointment. "Toyota Certified" Used Car Purchase and Subsequent Dealer Service I Purchased a "Toyota Certified" Used Sienna XLE with 29,900mi 1,000mi and 9 months later all tires need replacing per service department/manager I purchased a "Toyota Certified" Sienna XLE with 29,900mi from Acton Toyota about nine months ago and nine months later (today) it has less then 31,000mi. We haven't driven the vehicle much, with three boys in diapers it's pretty much short trips around town once a week. On a couple of occasions when the vehicle was taken on the highway I noticed a vibration not only in the steering wheel but in the front end of the vehicle. It appeared the wheels simply needed balancing so I had them balanced just before a road trip. On that road trip the vibration in the vehicle was so bad (despite the wheel balancing) that my wife and one child became very car sick. So I scheduled service at Acton Toyota and before the service department even had the vehicle the service representative insisted by phone that there was wheel or tire damage from a pot hole causing the problem. After the vehicle was inspected by the technicians they balanced the tires and could not provide an explanation for the vibration and only confirm that it still existed. That's it. From that point the service representative and manager speculated based on the information on hand. When I explained that that we haven't put even 1,000mi since we purchase the car it was used in a tire "flat spot" theory. So nine months and less than 1,000mi after we purchased the "Toyota Certified" Sienna XLE with 160 point inspection from Acton Toyota the "Run Flat Tires" ($$) needed to be replaced according to the service representative and his supervisor. The reason being that the Sienna was not driven enough causing a flat spot on one tire. They also told me that in order to replace one tire you must replace all tires or you could damage your AWD system. So they offered to help with the cost and pay for one tire if I purchased three - this would cost about $1,000. The cost wasn't the issue - I wasn't being cheap. If what they say about the "flat spot" is true I would buy four new tires only to have the same problem soon after. That's not a solution. And if a "flat spot" is not the problem, then I purchased four new tires from Acton Toyota on a service department theory and I'm no better off. I picked up and paid for the car as soon as I could since I now had a bad feeling about the service department and the way they service cars and do business. To add insult to injury, when I arrived the receptionist was cold and rude as if she just wanted to go home and didn't want to be bothered with customers. We had decided to participate in the "Cash for Clunkers" program the same day it was announced that the program was ending in three days. The timing of our "Cash For Clunkers" purchase provided certain challenges and our salesperson, Tomas Revetria, was very helpful in facilitating our purchase. Tomas was knowledgable about the car and always patient and professional responding to our questions ad concerns. Both Ben Koller, sales manager, and Keith Mobley, finance agent, were straightforward and professional. Even the service manager pushed my car through inspection when I arrived late in the day. We would certainly recommend Tomas Revetria and Acton Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. More

I bought a 2010 Toyota Sienna from Travis McCarthy this month. He was knowledgable and friendly and didn't push even when he thought I was more interested in a Honda. The customer service was excellent, and I was rarely kept waiting. When it was clear that my car would not qualify for Cash for Clunkers Travis gave me a very good turn in deal or my old car. Getting the registration and the inspection sticker was effortless. On the second day of owning the car I scratched the side! I took it into their repair shop and the scratch was buffed out of my new baby and the charge was minimal. More

This was my first car buying experience so I expected it be drawn out and a bit of a pain. Scott was very helpful, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. Exactly the type of experience I wanted. I dont like it when someone tries to "sell" me something or push an item on me. Scott did neither of these things. He simply presented the cars as they were, explained the features and was there for questions if I had them - leaving the actual decision process up to me. Acton Toyota is a nice dealership too. It's a new building, clean, they have a cafeteria, wireless... everything you need while waiting for service or paperwork to go through. The only annoyance I had when choosing to buy a new Prius was sitting on the wait list, which is out of the control of Acton Toyota or Scott. I'll definitely be coming back to this dealership and Scott when I need a new car. More
I located Acton Toyota on the internet. Steve Jensen was the salesman who responded to my inquiry of a 2006 Tundra (Limited). He was on top of the transaction from start to finish. I have been in sales and marketing for 38 years and I truly appreciate a professional. Steve demonstrated the best service I have had to date in the purchase of a automobile. He is a 'Pro'. I flew in to Massechusetts to complete the transaction and then drive the vehicle back to Colorado. From the time I arrived at Acton Toyota until the time I departed, Steve and his Associate Chris in finance made the experience seemless and comfortable. I chose Acton Toyota because 1) They had the vehicle I wanted. More important is the fact, Acton wrote the description of the condition and all the features a Tundra Limited should have with accuracy. Please note that many ( California) Toyota dealers wrote their internet ads with inaccurate descriptions of the Tundra Limited features.In particular they would identify a Tundra without leather interior as a Limited model. I continued to work with Steve Jensen, because he followed-up on the telephone each and every time I called him.
