My wife and I recently bought our second car from Acton Toyota in the last 6 months. The service was outstanding on my first purchse of a 4Runner in June, and was just as good in December on the new Camry Toyota in the last 6 months. Their level of professionalism was shown time and again in the interactions with my wife and I every step of the way. We were able to get the car we wanted, for a very fair price while taking advantage of the 0% financing and year end tax savings. Chris and Steve worked very hard to ensure that we were able to get the deal done in time for the year end. They were both very open and honest in what they could do for us, they had the right level of followup. Most dealers hound and hound and hound you. These 2 professionals(I cannot stress that word enough)were always available, informative and helpful, and never overbearing or "pushy". It was a consultative sale, and that is how it should be. I was pleased that Tomas contacted me about the car and that we moved forward in such a timely manner! Now we all know the old cliché “never trust a used car salesman” but Tomas spent a lot of time going over the car's features and I left feeling that he went above and beyond to answer my questions about the car. Tomas was also very friendly and polite and informative when it came the actual purchase. I know he worked very hard to process everything so that we could come to an agreement on an affordable price. He even called me today almost 2 or 3 weeks after I bought the car just to see how things were going! In both cases, I felt like I got a great price with excellent service and no sales games. Ken Hsu was very easy to work with over the internet and email. In both cases, I found the vehicle that I wanted at the right price by working with Ken over the internet and didn’t go into the showroom until I was ready to test drive and buy. I highly recommend working with Ken Hsu at Acton Toyota. I had been searching for a new or used pick-up truck for several months. I was looking at several different brands of trucks. I wasn’t fixed on buying a Toyota or buying it from Acton Toyota. While the excellent service and high ethical standards at Acton Toyota gives me confidence in working with them, price is a major factor in my decision-making process. In the course of this experience, I came across other dealers promoting incredibly low prices that didn’t really exist. When you see an extremely low price in newspaper ads, it’s important to read the fine print and understand how that low price was calculated. Basically, what those dealers are doing is adding in every possible promotional offer to get to that low price, but no one can qualify for every possible offer and get that price. In working with Acton Toyota, I knew that I could trust what they were offering and there wouldn’t be any surprises. At the end of the day, Acton Toyota gave me a great price on a new 2010 Tacoma and a good value on my trade-in. All the other intangibles, like high ethical standards, excellent service, not wasting my time, getting things done quickly and done right the first time, made it easy to buy from Acton Toyota. And if it’s important to you, they have a very nice facility – great service, nice waiting area with free drinks and free wifi that actually works. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed the car buying experience. I found the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. I had been looking online for about a month trying to find a slightly used 2007-2009 toyota rav 4 for a great price. I emailed internet sales on Thanksgiving day. Shawn called the next morning and was very personable and friendly. I arranged to come in the following day to look at a 2009 rav 4. He told me to call him 1/2 an hour before I got there, so he would have it ready for me. It was! He had it waiting right out front when I got there. I was able to test drive it alone and for however long I wanted. I fell in love with the car, but was worried about the price. Shawn was great! When we went to talk numbers, he was honest and told me that the financing on the 2009 was going to be higher than the 2010 because it was used. He gave me several options and finally I decided to lease the car. There were no gimmicks. He showed me all of the options and let me make my own decision. I wanted to have a remote starter and sunroof put in the car. This took a day longer than expected, so Shawn offered to drive the car to my work (50 mins away) so that I would not be inconvenienced. I was thrilled! Even after the car was leased, I had a question about something. Shawn emailed me right back and answered my question in detail. I love the showroom too! My family was with me and they got a free lunch while i was looking at cars. What a great place! I have recommended Shawn and Acton Toyota to all my family and friends! More

The dealership is rather fancy, with just about every bell and whistle you can think of. While this is built into the price of each vehicle, they appear to have a high volume of sales and service. I view this as a positive as they depend on continued business to stay afloat, and they are going to be around for many, many years to come. I worked with is John Bohr, and I'd recommend him to anyone. He was incredibly kind, the antithesis of what I expected of a salesman. I didn't just buy the car because it was a Toyota, I also bought it because I felt I could trust John. I don't feel that is misplaced in the slightest. The F&I manager, Jack, was also very laid back, and didn't push any of his options very hard. The price on the extended warranty was higher than market value, and if I had shopped around I could have probably saved a hundred bucks or so. Still, a very good price. All in all the experience was exceedingly pleasant, and I'm glad to see that Acton Toyota makes their profit through service and return customers, rather than blindsiding one-time buyers.
