At Acton Toyota car buying was a totally different(pleasant, enjoyable) experience than I had anticipated. One thing that stands out with all the 3 people were they said something upfront and stuck to that, whether it was price or any offering. Acton Toyota has changed the way cars are bought with the internet sales team. Its no nonsense stuff. No more spending hours negotiating at dealership and most importantly you feel not at all pressured into entering any deal(which I experienced at other dealership) it was about what I want :-). Hoping to see the same with service department in future ;) More

Hi, Even without an appointment, if I come early the service has been fast. Better yet, the paperwork is done quickly and the mechanics seem able to rapidly and correctly troubleshoot problems if I cann service has been fast. I've NEVER had to go back and have an incorrectly done repair repeated. Recently, I had a part fail that was under warranty having been replaced only weeks before. The repair was fully covered both parts AND labor. The unlimited mileage 1 year warranty is a good one. Acton Toyota feeds customers and the food from their in house cafeteria is excellent. Work stations are provided so you can carry one usefully while a repair is underway. The place runs like a well oiled machine. I have found this a cost effective to deal with automotive repairs I cannot handle myself. More

WOW! That's the first word that comes to mind after such a pleasurable experience working with the guys at Acton Toyota! First of all, Craig took the time to call me about a preowned SUV they were taking in on trade because I had mentioned I was looking for this specific make/model (VW Touareg V8) as they are very hard to come by since they're no longer manufactured...plus they sell new Toyotas, so I never expected to receive a call about this non-Toyota SUV! Fast-forward to yesterday (Sunday) where they agreed to do a Sunday delivery and it was by far, the EASIEST process I have ever experienced when buying a new car in New England (I'm 33 years old and this is my 5th car purchased from a dealership). Joe Tosi, Finance Manager was finalizing a deal so Craig gave my buddy and I a behind-the-scenes tour of their 80,000 sq ft facility and we were amazed to see what a super-tech/dealership of the future looks like. I was literally in-and-out within 30 minutes (I'm sure it helped that I had arranged all financing prior to coming in, so it was a simple process of signing about 10 docs and a check!) - even the receptionist thanked me for my business on the way out ;) I cannot say how thrilled I am with this purchase and experience at Acton Toyota and although I live 200 miles Northwest in Burlington, Vermont, I would not hesitate to deal with them again or send ANY of my friends or family to get their next new or preowned car from them! We purchased our 2009 Prius a little over a year ago; the transaction was stress-free and painless. I had an appointment for 15K service. Appt. was for 11:30 a.m.; I arrived a few minutes early, pulled up to the garage door and whooooomp! door opens immediately (and fast!), I pulled in and there was a gentleman already on his way over to greet me, ensure the keys were in the car. Pleasantries were exchanged before a short walk to the service-area office, door opened for me and instructions given on who to see next. All this in just a couple of minutes, then barely had time to sit down before I was called to meet with Mr. Sweeney to go over the service being done today. Upon my asking, he told me the service would take about 1 1/2 hours. Very nice experience dealing with him (as well as everyone I dealt with there today). I then received a coupon for a complimentary lunch in their (spotless!) dining area and I went on my way. Lunchroom staff was wonderful - friendly, attentive, just all around nice. They know what they're doing and lunch was great. (fyi - again, spotless, and they also offer t.v. but not too loud...several people were happily conducting business via cell phones, computers, etc. They thoughtfully took care of potential noise when building this facility's dining area - it was a relaxing environment. Fifty-five minutes later - my car was ready!! Just over half the amount of time predicted! Mr. Sweeney came up to let me know and I packed up my things, went downstairs to meet with him, he went over everything that was done, I paid, said goodbye and I was on to the rest of my day. My experience at Acton Toyota was quick but never hurried. Started out good, continued to be good throughout the Toyota service appointment and am ending the day happily giving Acton Toyota of Littleton a two-thumbs up review - and it's my pleasure to do so. I have been a honda owner for over 10 years, but decided I was ready for something new so I came to Toyota to test drive a Matrix. I had gotten a quote online before I arrived, expecting to just show up, te I was ready for something new so I came to Toyota to test drive a Matrix. I had gotten a quote online before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and leave, but once I got there I fell in love with the Scion xD in the showroom. I had originally had an appointment with Tom, but he was unavailable that day so Shawn stepped in and took care of my test drives and answered any questions I had. Shawn's no pressure attitude was JUST what I needed after spending the morning test driving Mazda's and feeling like I had been on an all day job interview. It was refreshing that I decided on the car I wanted, not the car that the salesman wanted me to buy. After I purchased the car there were a few bumps with my pick up etc.. but considering that I purchased my car at an unfortunate time for Toyota (right in the middle of the huge gas pedal recall), I was still treated very nicely and all my questions were resolved as quickly as possible. The entire staff was very pleasant and happy to help me with my new car... which I love love love. If Acton Toyota was closer to where I lived/worked I would definitely take my car there for service. I want to begin by Thanking Mike Hill for a hassle free online negotiation! before contacting ActonToyota, we had already researched on the car, the brand, the options that we wanted, and the price. we sent in the offer to area dealerships (6 of them). and Mike Hill (General Manager) from ActonToyota was the first to respond within a reasonable time frame. 2 dealerships responded 2 days later. 3 dealership responded 1 week too late! (they should rehire new internet sales people. :)! the negotiation experience was very stress free. Mike treated us with utmost courtesy & respect, and ultimately winning our business. Mike was able to secured our car, and had it at the dealership in a few days. Mike then asked Wellington Pereira to arrange for us to test drive and pick up the car. Wellington is another awesome staff of Mike's! we are polite people, and expect to be treated the same way. when we went to test drive the Venza, Wellington had the car washed and cleaned and waiting. he politely and patiently explained the various options and features of the car. everything went well for the test drive. Wellington then clearly explained all the paperwork, and outlining everything for us, a great closing experience! after owning the car, he also sent us a few emails to follow up on how we liked it and offer help if we ever needed! we were very impressed by this experience compared to previous car buying experience at other dealerships. we ave been telling all our friends and family about ActonToyota! Jerry took my friend and I for a test drve around Littleton and explained all the features of my new car. He made this experience very comfortable and fun. I then went to speak with Chris in Financing. A place that is never really fun. My stomach was doing flips but Chris was able to get me a better deal than what I had walked in there with. Here I was thinking they would nickel and dime me but Chris was very kind and professional and made me a better deal. Thank you all for your hard work and making me very happy. More
