I have been coming to Acton Toyota since 1997 for service on my cars because I have found them to be an extremely friendly, efficient, and HONEST business. Because of the excellent service I have experienced over the past 14 years, and because of the great deal that was being offered, I decided to lease a new 2011 Toyota Corolla through them. This was the first time I have ever experienced such a smooth process in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Doug Shepherd was excellent! He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond during the process. Christopher Wright who went over all of the financials with me was very knowledgeable and explained every detail. I can't say enough great things about Acton Toyota of Littleton. They are beyond excellent. More

I used the Acton Toyota internet sales site. My sales person was Bob Rabb. I did a lot of research before contacting Acton Toyota and the price I was given for my Highlander and for my Camry Hybrid tr person was Bob Rabb. I did a lot of research before contacting Acton Toyota and the price I was given for my Highlander and for my Camry Hybrid trade was the best around. And the service that I got from Bob was excellent. I would buy another car from Acton Toyota and will recommend Bod to any of my friends looking for a Toyota. More

I visited with Doug to go over a few different options I bought a 2011 Tundra, and Doug was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I visited with Doug to go over a few different options 2 months prior to finally purchasing, and I did not feel any pressure to have to buy then, even though I was not ready at that point. I had many questions and concerns, and Doug was patient, taking the time to answer them all. So when I was finally ready to purchase my truck, naturally, I went back to see Doug. Doug again took the time to go over things with me. I new where I stood with everything, no hassles and none of the back and forth car sales games that you find at other places. When I was ready and they did not have the model/color truck that I wanted in stock, Doug found one for me which was delivered to Acton Toyota the next day, instead of trying to talk me into a different one which they had in stock on the lot. Doug explained every step of the car buying process, not just up to the point when the sale was complete, but the services available to me after the sale as well. Doug then directed me to Chris Wright in financing, who did a fantastic job in going through that process and the options that were available to me. My wife has already picked out her next van, a Toyota Sienna, and when were are ready in a couple of years, guess who we are going to see....Doug. More

I have just leased a 2011 Camry from Acton Toyota June 20, 2011), and it’s my fourth Camry that I’ve acquired from Acton Toyota over the years. Without the tireless help of Jim Piazas, I would never have 20, 2011), and it’s my fourth Camry that I’ve acquired from Acton Toyota over the years. Without the tireless help of Jim Piazas, I would never have been able to obtain this lease. I was the owner of a small business that didn’t survive the recession, and my credit report is about as bad as it can get. With the persistent help from Jim, and his unique ability to find a way to obtain financing for me, I would not be writing this commentary today. He kept me appraised of his progress every step of the way. He is a great asset to Acton Toyota, and found a way to deal with the obstacles involved with poor credit. I’m grateful for his efforts, and he is to be commended for his commitment to customer satisfaction. Without a doubt, I will continue to acquire my vehicles from Acton Toyota. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle using the Internet Sales option and found it to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. Both Tom and John went out of their way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. I was replacing my 2007 Toyota Corolla which I also purchased at Acton Toyota and had serviced there. Unfortunately, it was totaled in an accident which I walked away from. Since the Corolla's safety options did their job so well, I wanted another Corolla. The dealership is a very plesant place to visit and the Cafeteria option is a plus. Again, my thanks to Tom and John for making purchasing a car, a job I used to dread, such a pleasant experience. The Ford Explorer Sport Trac I was looking for was as advertized in AutoTrader.com. Kevin Townshend greeted me upon arrival and he was very easy to work with. I took the truck for a long drive as he reco advertized in AutoTrader.com. Kevin Townshend greeted me upon arrival and he was very easy to work with. Joe was efficient and knowledgeable in finalizing the deal with the paperwork and credit transaction. Both sales people were extremely likeable and made a great team.
