There was a disconnect between the offsite customer service rep and the service provider site. I was told that my car would be looked at the same day, the vehicle was dropped off on Thursday morning b service rep and the service provider site. I was told that my car would be looked at the same day, the vehicle was dropped off on Thursday morning before 10 am, the vehicle was not diagnosed and fixed until late Tuesday afternoon, my expectation was that I would know at least an estimate the same day it was dropped off, the repairs only took a few hours with additional Maintenance repairs performed at the same time ( a great job of up selling) I’m not unhappy with the service or the repairs or for that matter the price, what I am disappointed in is the lack of communication between the initial call and when the car was completed, I don’t know if the CSR could look at the services scheduled at the service site but I was lead to believe that by getting the vehicle to the service site, I would have know how long the car would be unavailable. I needed my vehicle and if I knew there was a backlog of work and only one service tech available I would have taken it to a local repair shop rather than the dealer. I will plan better next time and make sure I have an actual "appointment". More
