Too many issues I own four ford vehicles, (2) purchased from Gosch, the other (2) purchased at this location in past before gosch. I unfortunately wont be returnin I own four ford vehicles, (2) purchased from Gosch, the other (2) purchased at this location in past before gosch. I unfortunately wont be returning to service my vehicles at this location. Since transferring to Gosch I have not had a single smooth service appointment. I believe this consists of (6) appointments, every single appointment has been with a different adviser, and every appointment has required me to return to complete a missed or incorrect item. The latest appointment was part of my service package on a f350, I asked for the truck to be washed and they return it to me unwashed, I point this out and they ask me to come back that they will do it immediately, I come back an hour later and still not done. So I take the truck only to get halfway home to find the DEF has not been filled (they fail to fill every time) so I have to go back the next day and they tell me its not included in the service package they sold me.... which it is. After this being clarified and they take the truck to "fill" the DEF, I drive the truck 600 miles and it is out of DEF again. Every single appointment is some version of this experience, I get a solicitation email or phone call at least once a week but am unable to service the vehicles I have purchased. Today I received a request to write this review, with the caveat "If you aren't completely satisfied with your service, please give us a call at (888) 610-9807 and tell us more about your experience." So I thought I would call and discuss rather than write a negative review, the number is disconnected ... hopefully they figure it out More

Inaccurate service department information and scheduling. First time trying out Gosch dealership after they took over the former Heller Ford which was terrible. I made an appointment to address a Ford F-150 First time trying out Gosch dealership after they took over the former Heller Ford which was terrible. I made an appointment to address a Ford F-150 recall and to have an oil change. I learned it was a multi dealer scheduler who gave me the wrong information about the service. She told me that I could drop off the truck the night before and that I had to stick around to be able to speak with the service agent. The service manager told me that this was incorrect info; we could have dropped it off. I had to spend 5 hours of my day until it was ready. A Lyft driver took me to a mall to kill some time because I lived too far away for them to take me home. The service included a free car wash but I guess the people didn’t feel like they had to hose out the truck bed which remained dirty. The Ford dealerships need to communicate or train their phone schedulers with the correct information to give to their customers. A central scheduling system does not work. At the dealership, they told me to call the service department or service manager directly to schedule any future appointment. I think there may not be a future appointment! More
Horrible customer service! So bad! I bought a new F-150 here with a 36,000 mile warranty. Now, my brakes are loud and visually damaged. They are stating they will not help me So bad! I handed them a copy of the warranty, and they still would not help. Brake pads are not covered, but other brake parts are! They were rude, refused to give me a loaner car, and even asked me to leave! Couldn't make that up! Wow, a complete nightmare! Terrible customer service!!!!! More
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE had to get a car for my college son went in not knowing what we were going to purchase but we are Ford owners - the whole process from financing to te had to get a car for my college son went in not knowing what we were going to purchase but we are Ford owners - the whole process from financing to test driving was not as painfull as I thought it would be - car shopping to me is just like going to the dentist - and I don't like the back and forth of bargaining - and this was NOT the case - we test drove 1 car and LOVED it!! our sales person and manager and Finance Manager all went above and beyond to meet our needs and make it work for us! would most def buy another car there!!! F150 purchase. I special ordered a new F150 that was outside the normally optioned model. The truck came with all of the features I had specified, with the exceptio I special ordered a new F150 that was outside the normally optioned model. The truck came with all of the features I had specified, with the exception of the hard bed cover and the bed divider, a week earlier than I expected. It was explained to me both items were Dealer installed options. It took a few days to set up the installation of the two options, and it was accomplished in short order. A problem developed with the installation and it was completely resolved to my satisfaction. The sales person went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied along with other dealer personnel who assisted with the issue. The sales person also spent enough time with me to explain all of the questions I had with operation of the various features in which the truck was equipped. As it was a special ordered truck, I had it equipped with many options that normally would not have been provided on a standard dealer ordered truck. All my questions were fully answered to my complete satisfaction. Couldn't ask for better service.. More
