He worked with me quickly and provided a very good offer on my SUV; then a week later he called me stating they had the exact SUV I was looking for within the ALM System and he would go to the other Dealership and bring it to the Mall of GA location for my review. The new SUV was exactly as promised and then some. I had a strict budget and Marcelo worked very hard to get our numbers right. I was looking at many SUV's at many different Dealerships and none of them came close to the type of customer service I received by Marcelo Guevara and ALM - Mall of GA. I will definately buy my next vehicle from them. More

Kelly respected our time enough to ensure that the cars we wanted to see and the keys to the vehicles were present before we drove to ALM. She actively listened to us and only showed us vehicles that met our needs, wants, and budget. She made sure we found the vehicle we loved before we got down to numbers. There was no pressure AT ALL. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and explained the features without "selling" us on the car. Price and finance negotiations went smoothly and Shawn got the paperwork done quickly. The following morning I found that the price of the car was advertised in an online special for less than we had discussed and they honored the price right away. Even though we had signed docs the night before, Shawn continued to shop the loan until he got me the best rate. After dealing with numerous bait and switch shenanigans at other dealerships, ALM was a breath of fresh air.
