When you purchased the vehicle we explained we would need to complete the used car inspection. During the inspection we found several parts that are worn and need to be replaced. We ordered the parts, unfortunately this takes time. If you would like us to stop let us know. Our GM called you yesterday to explain this to you. Our plan is to have the vehicle back together again by Monday 09/25. Our sales person should have conveyed this information to you today

The GM did not call me. Mr Howell said yesterday that he would call me this morning. Never happened. Messaged him on LinkedIn. Then Mr Howell has the Gaul to say I posted an unflattering survey of ALM to my wife. The car has been with you all for 18 days. I have paid $700 so far for nothing. The only call I have received from your dealership is from Yvens, the finance, loan specialist demanding payment and reminding me of the binding contract. My wife is coming down to your location tomorrow to try and salvage this debacle.
