We had a very good experience. Their market adjustment was less than most other Kia dealers in the Southeast. Process to reserved incoming vehicle was quick and easy. Communication was good. I bought the car on November 29th. I haven't received my title. I got the car on empty, gas light was on. We informed Ricki we were going to be back early in the morning. They had to call Ricki and he came title. I got the car on empty, gas light was on. We informed Ricki we were going to be back early in the morning. They had to call Ricki and he came in half asleep, got the emissions done, I was informed he was also going to put gas in the car. He failed to do so. He also failed to detail the car. He was supposed to have everything ready for us that morning when we came in. He was also wearing the previous clothes he had on the day before, down to the socks. We had to wait there for four hours waiting for Ricki to come in and get emissions and we had already paid for the car. He was also an aggressive salesman. I already had my sights set on the 2018 Subaru Outback, he didn't have to be aggressive about it. We weren't told or given the information that the Eye Sight/Collision/Lane Assist doesn't work. Now we have to come out of pocket with more money to have all that fixed. More
