I purchased a used suv. Which had cigar guts all in between the seats and floor at test drive. I brought it to the salespersons attention as well as the finance person I dealt with. I took the vehicle back for a repair and was told they would also do a full detail. They kept the vehicle for over 6 hours. The repair was not done nor was the detail. As a returning customer. I would NEVER recommend or return to ALM. Not to mention when we went to pick the vehicle up it was at a different location. One of the salesperson stated how they had been riding around speeding in the car(how unprofessional). My salesperson lacked a lot of knowledge about cars in general to be a salesperson. But was overall pleasant just not very personable as there has yet to have been a follow up call. More

The vehicle was fantastically priced, but the Service end of sale is horrible!!! It will be a month on 23rd of Feb and still have not received my vehicle. Communication was poor. Always had to follow up on any questions myself. Registration was incorrect and never received copy of signed sales agreement . Drove 1.5 hrs out of my way calling the store over a questions myself. Registration was incorrect and never received copy of signed sales agreement . Drove 1.5 hrs out of my way calling the store over and over again to ask if I could endorse a check over so we could pick vehicle up. At least 12 calls no answer! Only to get there and be told we couldn't. Just answering the phone would have saved time. They did however deliver the car for free which was nice. More
