Sale person didn’t take the time to look over the car before selling it to us & then she had to leave to catch a flight passed us over to finance & car wasn’t ready for us to drive out with it that night before selling it to us & then she had to leave to catch a flight passed us over to finance & car wasn’t ready for us to drive out with it that night. Next day car still wasn’t fully ready or gas up to drive out the lot. Car was full of scratches wasn’t even detailed correctly inside left us with maybe a quarter of gas. I am so upset and very disappointed. I have purchased 2 vehicles myself from this dealership and so has my Son. I have 2 daughter-in-laws that have, and my niece. As you can see, I have a history with the Dealership which is why this is so hurtful. There was a $4K warranty purchased with my Son's vehicle, car was totaled, Gap wants that policy cashed out so they can pay the lienholder, and guess what, there IS NO POLICY! We have been ran around in circles since Sep. of 2021 and the "warranty policy" that was financed was started and canceled on the same day thru the Dealers portal but OF COURSE the $4K was still included in the cost of the vehicle. I will be contacting an Attorney today. I cannot believe the fraudulence of this dealership. I have been so nice and respectful to everyone there, sent several people that have purchased vehicles, as well as myself, and this is the thanks I get. I will be more than happy to tell the details to anyone. They won't be getting away with this though, I can promise you that! My next report is to the BBB. Unethical practices by this Finance Manager...UNBELIEVABLE! More
