They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. She also knew the Palisade and its features and functions. She also knew Apple and Android phones which she also set up for us. I have a local dealer near me but it was well worth the drive to save money and leave happy after purchasing a new vehicle. We got 29 miles to the gallon on our trip back home! You want a 10 out of 10 experience you need to come here. Thank you ALM Hyundai of Florence. More
!!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Sales Manager Greg, is a liar, and will not hold his promises/word. Reached out to dealership early in the day to inquire about a vehicle. Shortly after was told by the salesman and will not hold his promises/word. Reached out to dealership early in the day to inquire about a vehicle. Shortly after was told by the salesman the vehicle I was inquiring about was still in transport and not on the lot yet. Although, they did have another one similar. I had been checking numerous dealerships and received a quote on another vehicle in Georgia. I reached out to my salesman David (who was awesome, and a true man of his word. He had nothing to do with this) and asked if they would price match the quote I had already received. He responded and said the manager said the numbers seem accurate and that’s what his numbers would be. I even responded with the vin, terms of the deal and asked if this is the agreement, he responded, yes, that la what my manager said. So my wife takes off work and we drive over a hour to get said car. Once there met by our salesman who was awesome and did everything right. We test drove the car and confirmed we wanted it. Now is when Greg, the sales manager starts lying. Our salesman goes to get the offer and my family and I watch him scream at my salesman and say “our car is $2500 more, I can’t do it”. Even after the salesman continues to advocate for me the customer on what Greg already promised! Numerous back and forth offers and Greg, is still that same liar and won’t hold his word. Tier 1 credit btw. Salesman even confirmed he was the one that promised. I asked to speak to the store manager; Greg continues to give me the run around, saying he is driving. My family and I waited close to two hours for the store manager just to come back and say “he is in church”. Another lie, he just said he was driving. During our conversation Greg said the manager that made the deal wasn’t there. A complete LIE as I contacted the store and employees stated he was the one there all day and made my promise when asked. Finance manager even agreed if this is a promise we made we need to keep our promise. Greg will not stand by his word or his vehicle. Not to mention how he disrespects his employees in front of customers. Said store manager is suppose to call me tomorrow to discuss, with Greg’s record, that’s probably a lie too! This sales manager, Greg, is not a man of his word and flat out lies! Numerous times. Do not do business here!! Salesman David is a true man of his word and cares about his customers! He sticks up for his customers and sticks to what he was told. Thanks David, I noticed. Will update. Pictures attached where Greg, the liar, made the agreement he wouldn’t stand behind! More
