Upon arrival, I was worried about the length of my visit when I saw the line out front, but just one step through the door and I had Miriam's full attention. Miriam was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She made the costs and the documents completely transparent and informed me of any steps she was taking. Alex escorted me during my test drive and was never overbearing like other dealers I had experienced. We had a particular vehicle in mind, but after test driving it, we decided it wasn't the one for us. Although we were very picky and gave Kile a run for his money, he worked with us and found me the perfect vehicle. It took all day for the paper work to go through and to head back home, but I got to leave the lot in my car, which not a lot of people get to do on the day of purchase.
