Usually have a great experience here (mostly just oil changes and preventative maintenance), but this time I brought my Vehicle in for a safety recall. After the service was completed, the panels on the changes and preventative maintenance), but this time I brought my Vehicle in for a safety recall. After the service was completed, the panels on the center console weren't fitting right. There were sections that were openly flopping around. Technician apologized and took the car back to the back again to try to make it fit properly. Driver side is back to normal now, but passenger side is still loose and it feels like there was probably a plastic clip that was broken during the disassembly or reassembly. I know it had to be a giant pain in the butt to take that thing apart just to get to the fuel pump. But is it unreasonable as a customer to expect to get your vehicle back from a Safety Recall in the same or better condition? And I don't feel like that's what I got. More
