I went to Lannan to test drive a Mazda 6 as part of comparison shopping a number of sedans. After the drive I requested lease numbers and Dave not just met my numbers but beat them handily. He handled all of the financial and processing of the lease quickly and texted me when the car was ready. The entire process had me in the dealership less than an hour combined and that was due to Dave's help in processing everything to my time frame. I would certainly recommend Lannan, and Dave Annis in particular, to anyone considering a Mazda. More

I was shopping for a new SUV and I read some great reviews on the new CX-5. When I went in to take one for a test drive, I met with Elliott Hersh. Elliott was professional, knowledgeable and very easy-going. Prior to visiting with Lannan Mazda, I had test drove several other similar SUVs at other dealerships. Not only was the CX-5 better than all of them, my overall experience at Lannan Mazda was also better than every other competing dealership I had met with. There is no pressure at Lannan Mazda which is such a huge relief. Elliott was very fair and always followed up with my inquiries, but he never once pressured me to purchase a vehicle. Not only did I receive a good price, I also received a fair trade value for my previous car. In regards to financing, Barbara explained all my options and was able to answer my questions. While she offered me the options to purchase extended warranties, she also did not pressure me. I absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5 Touring, and I highly recommend Elliott Hersh at Lannan Mazda if you are looking to purchase a new Mazda. Fantastic experience! Having had two prior "bad" dealership experiences where the negotiation was difficult, the salesman didn't know anything about the car, and the extended warranty was "for "bad" dealership experiences where the negotiation was difficult, the salesman didn't know anything about the car, and the extended warranty was "forced" upon us, we came to Lannan Mazda anxious and expecting the worst. To our great surprise we found the nicest "mom and pop" dealership, where Sam Gordon was very knowledgeable about the car, took the time to listen to our concerns, and answered all questions for our satisfaction. There was no pushiness or sales gimmicks - the prize negotiation was pretty straightforward, and they dealership was very reasonable on the final purchase prize. Lastly, they were not pushy at all about extended warranties or add ons; after our transaction was finalized Anthony the manager came buy and greeted us which I felt was such a nice gesture never seen on prior car dealer experiences. Overall, great place to buy, no hassle, highly recommended!! More

The day of our first visit to the dealership, John provided a very detailed description of the Mazda CX-5 and had to be one of the best salesman we have met. By our second visit, we narrowed our choice to a CX-5 Gran Touring, and with John away for the holidays, Bryce stepped in without missing a beat and covered all of our questions. We had access to a Costco Car Buying Program and Bryce along with the sales manager, came through and agreed on a very reasonable price we would have been hard pressed to get at any other dealership. Paperwork, registry and insurance forms were all handled in hours. And the service manager provided a 10% discount on an item we wanted after the sale. Lannan Mazda is a terrific organization! More
