1ST Nissan Simi Valley are crooks! On Sep 20th, 2019 I spent over seven hours negotiating a one-year-old vehicle with the sales manager, Dinesh De Silva. The whole time I just wanted t On Sep 20th, 2019 I spent over seven hours negotiating a one-year-old vehicle with the sales manager, Dinesh De Silva. The whole time I just wanted to know what was the price of the car out-of-the-door. We finally came to a common number that we both agreed upon. I went over the numbers and the whole thing made sense. It was going to be $22,250 out-of-the-door plus interest on $11,250 since I put $11,000 down. Two weeks later when I received the loan papers from the bank I noticed that the numbers didn't make sense. I called the bank and asked them if I were to pay off the car how much I'd need to come up with. They told me it'd be $13,363, which means that I'd be paying a total of $25,745.50. I drove back to the dealership and spoke to Mr De Silva who said that I was mistaken, that he sold me the car for $22,250 plus taxes, licence and registration. I told him that he knew he was lying because the whole time I kept talking about the price out-of-the-door, that's how I negotiate when I buy a car, I want to know the bottom line. Bottom line is this crook switched the numbers when he sent the papers to finance. My guess is that he told them it'd be $22,250 plus TLR. So be careful when you negotiate with these crooks. Am taking them to small claims court. More
