We went for a test drive, my husband drove and said he liked it. It drove smoothly and Albert explained some of the features on the car. The right signal showed on the screen which allowed my husband see if there were any objects in the way before he made the turn. When we went in to make the deal, Albert never pressured us, he explained all the options we had before we signed the contract.. He quoted us a price which we agreed on. Albert is a very friendly, easy going person and made us feel right at home. His knowledge of the model we selected also sold us on purchasing our car. Before we left, he explained and showed us all the features and highlights of our car. We left there very satisfied. He also said, that if we had any questions about the car to call him and he would see if he could help us. We were very happy with Albert as our salesperson. More

My husband and I were shopping for a lease for the first time. We test drove a CRV, and had lots of questions about a lease. Everyone we spoke with were friendly, knowledgable, patient, and for the first time. We test drove a CRV, and had lots of questions about a lease. Everyone we spoke with were friendly, knowledgable, patient, and for the first time at a dealership, no pressure. We wanted to shop around some more before we made a decision and also test drive another car we were interested in. We did not have the same experience at the other dealership and the deal was not as good. We returned to First Honda Simi and had more questions and made our decision. We spoke to Joe and Michael and they were wonderful (Johann and Stu were not there the day we returned). Joe explained all about the lease and Michael explained and showed us everything about the car. The whole process was very smooth, each person we met along the way was polite, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. We would not hesitate to recommend Fisrt Honda Simi to family and friends. More

He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything about the car and took the time to show us little tricks as well. After we bought the car, he took the time to help me register my phone to my car, something I would never be able to do myself. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone. More
