Step 1: They make you wait and wait so they can watch your actions with all the cameras they have lined around and get a feel for the type of person you are. Are you impatient, calm, sitting, standing, etc. Step 2: they finally come greet you and take you to and office and then leave again. There is a consistent pacing to how they operate causing you to be frustrated and thus giving them the advantage. Step 3: They hook you with a car your for all intentions seems to be sound and in good working order. If you find a problem they will glide of it with it was working last week but we will get that looked at ASAP. As wit a lot of people they may even try to steer you to a car you do not want or is in worse condition. Step 4: is their first of many pressure techniques, when you get back in the office and go through another wait period they will begin work on a piece of paper where they have gathered your basic info and want you to AGREE and sign that you are "serious" about buying today so that you do not waste their accountants time and theirs. This signature is must of you want to proceed further. It is the first sign of the scams that are yet to come. STEP 5: now begin the shock and awe part of their scam. They will be all friendly and on your side letting you know they will do the best for you. They will then go back to the Boss and come back with a price that is includes the highest TT&L you will ever see and the massive increase on overall cost. Step 6: The war... now you will be pressured into making a counter offer best you agreed to no matter what by signing that little line. Of course you will be pressure to work with him and help him out with as much as you can. He will go back to the boss and if they have seen or figured out from watching that they can get to you they will offer and still unreasonable offer and know that if you have to wait more and more you might just break and give in. They do not care they have all the time in the world. If they read that you are strong and unwilling they will offer your the most obnoxious deal in the world. They will even go as far as to have you lay your money out so they can prover yet again you are serious. This also includes an out agreement and signature on the back of the paper. If by this point are are still in the store you are doomed. They sell total crap cars and work every angle to con and scam you. Do yourself a favor and never go here regardless of how good the deal sounds. The only way to stop these people is to never go there. More
