My response was Thank you for your time and tried to leave with him following behind me saying that I wasted his time.... Really? The shady sales man DJ kept my license when I refused to hand him cash for something I haven't even seen. When I returned to get it mind you it was less than 5 minutes later he lied and said he put it in the mail box but does not remember where. After placing a call to Dallas PD and placing a complaint the person over the phone said that they receive calls frequently about their shady business practices. More
