I purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback from this dealership in October 2010. Shelly knew all the in's and out's of the Outback, and was very helpful. This is not the first car bought at #1 Cochran, we bought a br October 2010. Shelly knew all the in's and out's of the Outback, and was very helpful. This is not the first car bought at #1 Cochran, we bought a brand new GMC Terrain in December 2010. I must say, the GMC dealer knew NOTHING about the 45,000 vehicle I just purchased. They didnt even seem like they wanted us there, it was strange. This type of service from the GMC side continued with 2 service visits there with the GMC, just plain bad. As far as the Subaru Outback, I had some issues with it, and Ken Nutter the Service Manager was fantastic. He drove, to my work, which is 25 miles each way to pick up my Subaru and give me a loaner, not once, but 4 times. Fantastic Customer service. I would rather pay a little more, and have Ken as my service manager, than not. More
