Brett was very helpful in securing the cars we needed to test drive to finalize our decision. he was very patient as we drove 3 different versions of the Accent. the first test drive, sedan, was a miscomm test drive to finalize our decision. he was very patient as we drove 3 different versions of the Accent. the first test drive, sedan, was a miscommunication from another salesman at another location that was supposed to meet us at the Hyundai dealership. they had to cancel on us last minute (called an hour before our appointment but we were already out-and-about) and turned us over to Brett but didn't tell Brett which Accent we were looking for. the other salesman was really new, still had an Ohio area code for cell. he was also very patient when we test drove several different cars at the Kia dealership. we were very happy with Brett's candor and "realist" point of view when talking about the car. my only concern was, across the board, there didn't seem to be an understanding of how different the SE and GS are. we ended up with the SE over the GS due to the difference. again, everyone was very patient. we had them bring a green GS from Monroeville to test drive. we REALLY liked the green GS but there was a SIGNIFICANT difference in drive and handling between the two models. the longest and most frustrating part, as i understand it ALWAYS is, was the financing. i'm not sure if it was because it was late Saturday or what but it took forever to get called back into the financing room. once there, we were informed we couldn't get the #s we went over with Brett. on the plus side, we still got a fair deal and it included an extended warranty and gap insurance (something i never knew or read about in my limited research). however, we'll be paying for an extra year to keep the monthly payments where we require them. and we weren't able to finance through Hyundai if we wanted to drive off the lot that day since Hyundai didn't get back to Ian with anything, approval or denial. (our credit scores were very good but we didn't have "enough" credit.) so we got a better percentage rate and our monthly payment is about where we wanted but we're paying for a year more than planned. so, all in all, Brett was great and let us know to follow up with him should we need ANYTHING or have a question. i'll probably pick his brain in the coming weeks as i go over the paperwork again and want more detail on some of the finer print. (warranties, service, etc.) THANKS GUYS! -Adam More
I have owned Hyundai's for the past 19 years and knew my next car was going to be another one. I went into Cochran and met with Brett not knowing if I would be able to buy a car because of a family situ my next car was going to be another one. I went into Cochran and met with Brett not knowing if I would be able to buy a car because of a family situation, but we discussed all options and I was able to drive off the lot with a car I love. Also, he was very patient, friendly and understanding because I had 2 small children with me who were getting fussy and aloud me to come back the next day to show me the cars features more throughly and clean out my old car. I would definetly buy another car off of him. More

Would like to advise you of your excellent staff and how happy we have been with Cochran thru the years. We own a 2006 Sonata which we love and therefore we were drawn back to Hyundai for a second vehicle a happy we have been with Cochran thru the years. Both locations have been very good with us and we have, and will continue to, tell others to "Go to Cochran". I had already decided we should get a Sonata, but considering it was to be my wife's new car -- I had to get past her usual apprehensions when making ANY kind of major purchase. My wife and I stoppe considering it was to be my wife's new car -- I had to get past her usual apprehensions when making ANY kind of major purchase. My wife and I stopped in to look over the options the dealership offered and were greeted by Bob and given a little help but not pushed too much. He then returned and asked a few questions, offered some advice and was able to help my wife with the concerns she had - and got her into a Sonata for a test drive that day when she had initially only agreed to stop in to get some sales material. He was able to talk my wife through all of her questions and concerns and two days later we had a new Sonata! It was a pleasure to deal with Bob and would do so again. More
