I am a first time buyer and was in the market for a new car. My parents suggested that I check out the Hyundai Elantra because of the many features, style and warranty this car has to offer. I went on line and researched information on this car and wanted to test drive one. My parents own a 2010 Tucson, which they purchased from Cochran of South Hills and said I should call and make an appointment with Bob Pacella. He was the sales person they delt with and they liked him because was very knowlegable, took the time to answer their questions and made them feel very comfortable during their visit. I called and made an appointment with Bob. When my parents and I arrived at the dealership, Bob had a car ready for me to drive. He explained everything about the car, ie; features, gas mileage, warranty prior to the test drive. He also answered several questions we had during our ride. When we returned to the showroom he showed us the trunk area and how the fold down seats worked and several other features in the car. He discussed the incentives Hyundai was offering which included credit for my college education. I was happy that my parents were there for moral support but Bob made the whole experience that much more comfortable for me. He didn't pressure me into making a decision right there on the spot which my parents said that many sales people do to get you to buy a car. I spoke privately with my parents and decide to buy the car. When I returned to pick up the car Bob made sure that the bluetooth function was paired properly and again went over all of the features and made sure that I understood how they operated. He also introduced me to the service staff. Bob made my first car purchase a very pleasant experience. #1Cochran is very lucky to have someone like Bob Pacella representing their company. More

Purchased a 2005 Dodge Car with warranty 2 weeks ago,when it broke down the repairs were suppose to be covered under warranty. I have taken to be repaired at nearby shop. Unable to reach anyone at dealership it broke down the repairs were suppose to be covered under warranty. I have taken to be repaired at nearby shop. Unable to reach anyone at dealership and have been without work vechicle for approx 3 days. I have left mutliple messages over 3 days and still no return phone calls. The warranty I have clearly states it is covered work, but both myself and my local dealership have been unable to contact anyone. More

What can I say about the level of service I received from Brett. I was comingin from out of town after a business trip and he agreed to pick me up at the airport. Our salesman Wayne was great throughout the entire car-buying process: from narrowing down which model would be best for us to showing all of the car's features (both mechanical and gadget-wise) to finding the car we wanted (model, accessories, and color) at a price we were happy with. When we came to pick up the car, the process was very efficient: Wayne went over the car's features, functions, and warranty (which was very helpful) and Matt was terrific through the financial part. All in all, it was a positive experience and we are very happy with our purchase. It's clear that this dealership is committed to customer service. More
