I am a recent college graduate and in the course of my first car shopping, I stopped at #1 Cochran of Hyundai South Hills. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in, a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and stayed late to explain the clear cut pricing program that recently went into effect. He even provided me with his cell phone number and invited me to contact him over the holiday weekend if I had any followup questions. Additionally, the numerous employees that I spoke with throughout the buying experience were equally helpful and knowledgeable, making the experience pleasant and memorable. Bob gave me excellent advice regarding my insurance application and financing plan. He spent additional time in the car, walking me through the many features. The financing manager, Matt Ross, explained the paperwork in a way that I, as a first time buyer, understood and appreciated. There are many features of the new Santa Fe that I wanted more information about and Brett had every answer. Matt Ross, in Finance was able to quickly manage our paperwork despite challenges; this is my third concurrent lease. He knew which supplementary products would suit our needs and explained them clearly so I could decide which had the most bang for my buck. My wife and two of my children are driving safe, fuel efficient vehicles while I have the peace of mind only an awesome service team can provide. I have experience with our 2013 Elantra GT and can say that Cheyne Brooks has been and will be available to answer questions and schedule appointments at my convenience.
