He was extremely helpful, but not overbearing, he made suggestions, but didn’t talk down to me, definitely someone you should talk to if you are buying a new car from Cochran. I am usually pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features, and at many dealerships they try to show you some of the features or even explain things wrong, this did not happen at Cochran. I explained that I knew how to use most of the features and if I had a question I would ask, Dave was really respectful of the fact that I was familiar with a lot of the vehicle’s features. I would not hesitate to return for a new or certified used car purchase in the future! More

Ryan was very professional and informative. He called me with prices and let me know about some concerns he had with my car. He was able to fix some of my issues at no cost to me but as part of customer ca with prices and let me know about some concerns he had with my car. 1) Customer Service. could of used an update on the car from service work done, then onto Car Butler. 2) Quality of Work. EVERY 6 months in for Car Butler AND EVERY 6 months something major has to be re from service work done, then onto Car Butler. 2) Quality of Work.
