The service department at Porsche Palm Springs is top notch. I had a terrific experience with my service advisor, Danielle. I recently experienced some electrical issue with my plug in hybrid Cayenne and I was able to get my car in end of day. Danielle met me there with a contagious smile and had my Cayenne taken immediately into service. She even secured me a loaner was so I wouldn't have any issues getting to work that night. She understood my night shift schedule at the hospital and accommodated me with stellar professionalism. I had the problem fixed, work done right and I left with a smile.

Danielle was simply great in every way. She made my visit easy as pie. I can’t imagine anything better.

As always they did an excellent job. And as always they service was not inexpensive.

Had issues with a service rep at this location but the admins of this company jumped in and immediately remedied the issue This company gave us grace and understanding during a difficult time with our family and I would recommend this dealer to anyone .

I didn’t buy my 911 here, but I do get it serviced here. Always had stellar experiences with them. It’s not cheap, but then you don’t buy a 911 if that’s your primary concern. First class operation.
