Friendly Well service department workers are very friendly Sales people kinda snooty especially the one that sold me my bronco he acts if though he dont remember me Like who could forget me ??
I was kept informed and updated on the progress. I've had no issues with my vehicle. The service was prompt and on time. Everyone was professional.
Its always better to not promise to have a specific vehicle at the dealership on a specific date and get it there early than to promise a vehicle on a specific date and be late several days with the delivery.
Needed some tires mounted and Michael took care of me great! Another great experience at Machens Capital City!
