Tony was my car salesman and I have bought several cars from Arnie Bauer. If Great customer service was a person it would be Tony from the time I walked in the door.

Rowland was my car salesman at Arnie Bauer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars I was interested in. Very friendly guy. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy. He gave me all the time i needed to explorer all the cars I was interested in without feeling pressure. I also noticed him advising or giving advice to other salesman which was also cool.
