What Others Say

My experience was very good because both the salesperson and the finance specialist spoke to me in Spanish. They explained and showed me the advantages of the car I wanted.

Over the last 20 years I have bought 6 Hondas from Liberty Honda (and a seventh car from their sister dealership Liberty Mazda) and have always had all the service for all 6 Hondas done at this dealership. I was asked to write this review after recently reluctantly bringing my 2024 CR-V in to Liberty Honda for an oil change and brake fluid, but I declined the tire rotation. Why did I decline the tire rotation? My previous service visit had ended in a near-disaster. I had brought my 2016 CR-V in for an oil change and tire rotation. However, the technician didn’t properly tighten the lug nuts on all of the wheels. My son drove the car home on the highway, then the next morning one of the tires fell off the car while he was driving to work. Luckily he was only driving 15 miles an hour and didn’t hit anything or hurt anyone, but if that tire had fallen off while driving 55 MPH on the highway, my son could have been killed. I had the car towed to the nearest Honda dealership (which was not Liberty Honda). They repaired the car but Liberty initially balked at paying the $2,000 cost of the repair. I had to beg to get Liberty to finally pay and I should not have had to do so. I am now afraid to have my tires rotated at Liberty Honda. I was also reluctant to revisit Liberty’s service dept. because the service appointment before that (with my 2014 Odyssey) also did not go well. My Odyssey had stalled on the road so I had it towed to Liberty House. They diagnosed it and did approx. $600 in repairs. I drove the car home (around 5 miles) and the car stalled right in front of my house. Luckily I didn’t cause an accident but I had to have the car towed back to Liberty Honda for further repairs. They clearly had not properly diagnosed or repaired the car the first time. I then had to pay more money out of my pocket to fix the Odyssey a second time. I’m willing to understand one poor service experience but two experiences back-to-back make me question what is going on. Why has the quality of their service dropped so suddenly? Do they no longer employ trained mechanics? Do they no longer care about their customers, even a loyal customer like me who has spent over $200,000 in purchases and repairs over the last two decades? Sadly,I may have to switch to a different Honda dealership to service my cars. PS I have continued to receive good service from Chloe Truglio, my complaint is with the irresponsible mechanics and uncaring service management. Great service the process was super quick and in depth chandler was awesome and super helpful

Chloe provides accurate quotes and time line for the work. I'm never left waiting for updates or stressing it'll cost more than I anticipated.

Rocky and Chloe are the reason I will only get my car serviced at Liberty Honda

Professional and efficient as always with top tier customer service! Liberty Honda- the best around
