He connected with me through an initial phone call after I put in an inquiry and a finance application. On the call he found out what I had to put down, if I had a trade in, and what I was looking to keep payments at. After that, he handled everything else though text, which is ideal for me! He sent over my approval for the car I originally inquired about. Then as he was arranging transport from another store, he found out the car had just been sold. He was very encouraging and helped me find another car. I found another one that was more expensive, but he was able to get me approved, and even worked with me to get it into my price range without extending the life of the loan. Once I had approval, we arranged a test drive. Due to the timing, my husband was unable to come with me, and I had to take our two kids with me. As a woman, it can be very intimidating walking into a dealership by yourself, especially with kids in tow. Jack was incredibly accommodating and kind. From the moment I walked in and met Jack to the moment I walked out with my keys, I felt at ease. I HIGHLY recommend connecting with Jack and getting the car you need! He is incredible to work with.
