Yung, did a fantastic job… Informative and knowledgeable!! The rest of the dealership I can not speak as positively of. The truck was NOT detailed before delivery..! Truck was not full of DEF. Floorboard mats were not installed.. The hockey pucks in the bed of the truck were not installed!
I am a very indecisive person and wasn't too sure on what I wanted to buy. I only knew that I needed a new vehicle soon and Yong took the time and allowed me to go back and forth to really find the right vehicle for me.
