Rudy was easy to work with. He explained every step that was going on with my car. He answered my questions and was really great to work with. The best part, as I was ready to leave, s huge rain storm came over the dealership. Rudy grabbed my keys and ran out into the rain and brought my car to the service area. I was able to get in my car dry and safe. It was great.
