I went in for an oil change tire rotation and I asked them to look at my driver's side rear tire it kept losing air. It took over 2 hours for my truck to be finished and I left with now my front tire going low and this time even faster, I had to have the tire replaced today because it had a nail in it. Im not happy that my needs were not met and it took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
OZ and Tara were so nice to work with. We are so happy that we were able to leave with a new vehicle.
The work performed is good the timing it takes is in question I’m aware of shipping issues but being understaffed is not acceptable overall I’m satisfied
Tomorrow will be one week with my new SUV. I came in with a plan on financing, and they didn’t give me any trouble at all. Very nice to work with!
