I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and the guys said part will be here in few days. He got the part but never notified me, then 3 weeks later i went for oil change and then ask for my part and i asked him why didn't you notify me and then he said sorry. It was a very poor customer service from part services.
The service and the service were great. Michael explained everything and also applied some coupons. The waiting area needs some attention( rubber odors coming from seats)
