She listens to and addresses any & all concerns. My experience with her is always excellent.
Everything was done great, but it took over three hours for a battery install and oil change. You would think it could have been done much quicker knowing the customer is waiting for the repair. I will note that the facility is beautiful and comfortable!
We travel to VW in North Tampa despite having purchased our VW Atlas at a closer dealership because of how amazing and accessible the service department is. We are always impressed with the level of dedication from everyone there including Jacob, Pedro, & Josh in service and Marcus in sales (even Karl, who works for a subcontracted auto glass company, is always helpful!!)
