I had a great experience with the service department at Ford Napleton when I brought my pickup truck in for an oil change. I absolutely loved that everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The service was handled efficiently, and I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail throughout the visit. It’s always reassuring to know that your vehicle is being taken care of by people you can trust. I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely continue bringing my truck back to Ford Napleton for future service. I like the way they greet you at your car and the appt. Info Is on your phone They come out with their pad and it’s all confirmed. Good stuff
