Jordan who was patient with me, walked me through everything and provided the utmost support & service for my vehicle needs. And to the follow up and the follow through with the Service Director Andrew who ensured that not only were my immediate needs taken care of, my longterm care and plan for my vehicle was planned out. Yes! Winfred was super nice and patient. I had to undergo surgery while my car was having diagnostics completed and being repaired and I got the "take your time and get well" message back when i couldn't pick my Rogue up soon enough. And Joshua (Garcia I think) checked me and my husband out since Winfred was out the day we picked it up. He was super chill and really cool with the fact that we had to go about our payment in an unexpected way but we weren't made to feel embarrassed by it or anything and no one batted an eye. My previous experience (several years ago) purchasing a past vehicle (an Altima) left a wonderful impression on me and I had a feeling that even though I didn't buy my Rogue from Gunn, I wouldn't be treated any less.
