I have a 2012 SUV so was expecting it was time for a little extra maintenance this visit. I felt that they went over everything that was needed with me with great explanations as to what the repairs were for/why they needed to be done. As I woman, I greatly appreciated being spoken to and not talked down to!
My experience at Toyota of Concord was excellent! Allan was efficient and had me in and out even faster than the time he quoted. The service was great not pushy at all and I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Awesome experience overall, highly recommend!
Attentive and friendly. Less calls from sales would be better. Too many hidden service costs
