⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Thomas in the service department at Findlay Toyota. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain what services my car needed, outlined the costs upfront, and made sure I understood every recommendation without ever feeling pressured. What I appreciated most was his transparency—everything was clearly broken down with pricing, and I was given the option to approve or decline any additional work before the team moved forward. Thomas also followed up with helpful recommendations for future services my car may need, which showed he genuinely cared about keeping my vehicle in great shape. Honest, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service all around. Thomas made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!
