Jim Taylor is my go to guy for service but he was on vacation, after he set my appointment he handed me off to Josh, he is another super service writer he took good care of me and my vehicle!
Their entire staff from service contacts to technicians and office staff are professional and friendly from start to finish.
All in all it was a good experience No real issues to complain about Actually got free front brakes as there must have been some mis communication on there end
