We went to two different Kia dealerships to look at the exact same car. We picked the car from emich Kia because our experience with Sean was so great. He is a great salesman and I felt confident about our choice in car because of him. The dealership itself was also so nice, clean and accommodating. Thank you Sean for helping us pick such a beautiful car!
I want to point out that Noel is probably the main reason I purchased my vehicle with Emich. He was very personable and kind, he deserves a promotion.
Had a fabulous experience! I didn't expect to buy a car the day I came in, but they made it so seamless, it was hard not to. Now I have all these hours back to enjoy my new car and the rest of life! I really enjoyed worked with Anthony and the whole team.
Everyone there was incredibly kind and fun to work with, both Tiffany and Zach. I felt bad because Tiffany originally helped me, then when I came back a few days later to get my car, I was given over to Zach and he had no knowledge of what we were doing. But he was such a good sport and was very kind and courteous. Tiffany was also great and fun to work with. The only thing I would say could be improved would be to have just a little more knowledge of the car I was buying, as some of the information I received was not accurate. Overall, though, they both were great.
Our salesperson was wonderful. The dealership was beautiful and pleasant to be in. Process of buying a vehicle was fairly simple.
Anthony was great. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
