My experience with Brandon Becks has been absolutely amazing. When I come in the service lane, he came out to greet me and asked about what’s I want done to my car. Not only that’s, he also listened to my concerns, and was an able to answer my question. The most above and beyond. Was when he came back to the lounging told me that we can do a car wash and told me we maybe get the converter under extended warranty. Overall my experience has been nothing but perfect. Kevin took care of me a couple weeks ago when another tire pressure sensor went out and got it taken care of quickly. I made an appointment with him for earlier this week for the Works, cabin air filter and a couple of recalls. He told me 60-90 minutes. I was done in 65! And he also found another recall I wasn't aware and took care of that too. Great job!
