I could not be happier with Ed Butts Ford.Everyone that I encountered was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to trade in my previous vehicle, arrive at a truck payment I was comfortable with and got a better interest rate than I had before. Nobody tried to pressure sell me on anything while still making sure I was aware of all my options. Mr. Tom Iannone was even able to help me with an excellent recommendation at Premium RV to to assist me in purchasing and installing a 5th wheel hitch which proved to be indispensable. The service department is friendly, but I have had some bad experiences with the sales department. I was looking to lease my vehicle, but I was given the run-around by the salesperson who was helping me.
