Bought car Dec.17,2022 couldn't make 1st payment Jan 31 2023 because they couldn't get paperwork right to my creditor till March 1 2023 NOT HAPPY AT ALL WIT ANYTHING I had to make four or five trips over trying to get things done 60 miles one way

Hands down to the best car shopping experience! Not only was it a welcoming environment but Ryan (the manager of the store) made me feel so very welcomed as well as the proficiently marvelous sales man that attended me, Mark. He listened to my exact wants of my desired first car and got me exactly just that! I was so very satisfied with the condition and the car itself that I ended my exhausting car search with the perfect car! I highly recommend them because they skillfully execute their jobs!

My experience consisted of the following steps: 1. Web search for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. www.enterprisecarsales.com 2. A quick chat with the online Enterprise representative. 3. I entered my contact information online and was contacted the next day by Jarrett Burroughs, local Enterprise representative. Jarrett explained the Enterprise process and started searching for a vehicle based upon my criteria. The search took about 4 weeks to complete. 4. I visited Jarrett at his office and test drove the vehicle and 2 other similar vehicles. Once the decision was made the transaction was completed within 45 minutes. 5. After the sale, Jarrett followed-up to ensure I was, "Completely Satisfied", with my purchase.
