In 2025, I took a Boxster GTS allocation, did the build (gorgeous Gentian Blue, manual transmission), paid my deposit, and waited on my car to be built. Once it arrived at the dealership, and before I could come pick it up, they applied an overpriced ceramic coating without my consent and refused to remove the charge. I should have walked away and demanded a refund of my deposit. I was weak and too excited for the car. I am going elsewhere for my service and will never do business with them again (I also have a 997 Carrera S and this will not be my last Porsche purchase unless I die early). The purchase experience was absurdly bad it seemed like an after thought.
To everyone reading these reviews, BE WARE of this PORSCHE DEALERSHIP. Be careful of this dealership and especially Adhan the sales man. I purchased a 2021 Cayenne GTS, high end vehicle that Akhan told me was in perfect condition needing nothing and was owned by some cereal guy to include was inspected / run through there shop in Dublin OH. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, I have driven the car less then 330 miles after getting it they started squeaking and found out it needs all new brakes. How can a car run through a state of the art Porsche dealership shop, pass inspection and need all new brakes in less 330 miles. So I escalated the to the General sales manager BILLY HARRIS which after explaining the issue in our first call now is not returning my calls after several attempt's. This is bad business especially for a High end Porsche dealership like MAG and bad management to not return a customers calls after several attempts. If looking for a vehicle I would stay far away from MAG
Excellent dealership that exceeded my expectations! From sales to service you can expect a consistent 5 star experience. Blake and Austin took the time to make my purchase of a 2023 Cayenne easy and made a fair deal on my trade. No games, no pressure just honest upfront communication. At delivery, my Cayenne was in pristine condition! Blake took the time to setup my preferences and actually took the time to help with all the advanced technology. This is a winning team at MAG Porsche of Dublin!
Highline Parts Consultant Jules P. is absolutely exceptional. She's prompt, knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend you speak with Jules if you're in need of any parts.
,We travel by automobile extensively (120k+ per year, for the past 12 years). The MAG Auto Group in Dublin, Ohio has been better than any service experience we have ever received! We are particular, and we like our vehicles well cared for and try hard to avoid any surprises by keeping our mechanical and auto options generally as good as we can find. Our experience at MAG was outstanding. We were traveling from Florida to Michigan, and spent the night with family in Dublin Ohio. Our front brakes went out (severe grinding noise, orange light). When we called for service we were patched right in to the Lead Service technician (Stan), he took our information and out situation... we were on the way to see a new grandchild in Michigan and due there that afternoon. He set things up for us to have service at 9 AM; new front brakes and rear brake inspections were completed and road tested by 11:15 PM. Received updates and contacts from service tech (Ryan) as things progressed (twice as problem was identified for authorization to proceed; and once when work was nearly complete so we could pick the vehicle up). Had no reason to expect the level of service, the prompt accommodation to take care of the problem, and follow-up. This shop is an example that other auto service centers should pay attention to. Would travel back to Dublin, just for service at this site.
These guys are class acts. Porsche is a great automobile but they are machines and they fail. When they fail they can be expensive and difficult to repair. The guys in service make the process as seamless as possible. Its obvious they truly care about their customers.
