Worst Service ever. Bob Jones sales manager lies. Don't buy anything from this dealership. They like your money and that's about all. Bought a car from them and the trim fell off. Took it in to have it fixed. Had to leave the car, got it back and it still wasn't fixed right. Had to reschedule for another time. Bob told me that he would work around my time and fix the car while I waited. Went in today for the repair at his request. When I got there he asked if I had a ride because he was going to have to keep the car. NOT what I was told over the phone. Also when he lied about me not having to wait and not having to have a ride home he told me that he couldn't help me anymore.. If this is the kind of service you want from a legitimate dealership I suggest you find someone else or become victims yourself.

I found the truck I wanted online. Ed contacted me and it all smooth from there. I believe Starr Dodge has the best group of sales and service I have met. I flew from North Dakota to Texas and was impressed with the passion and care for me as a customer. A1 people and an A1 dealership...

This dealership and salesman Brandon Samples went above and beyond to help my husband purchase the truck he wanted. Even from the metroplex it is well worth the drive for this level of professionalism and service. 10/10, highly recommended.

Chris and Cory went above and beyond in meeting my requests for this purchase. I am extremely pleased with this Power Wagon and all of it's features. This was a major change for me considering I've owned Ford Super Duty trucks for the last 20 years. If the dependability and product support are as good as the purchase was, Star and Chris have earned a customer for a long time!

I told my salesman many times that I was repairing credit for 4 years. Do not run my credit yet. They did x 2. They have you sign a paper and reword it as they put it in front of you. I called back the next day and was told a different story. Horrible business.

I went to Star Dodge to check out the $5k over blue book trade they were advertising. I found out that it wasn’t a truthful ad. What they offer is “up to 5k” over blue book. This was not what was advertised. Basically I got a really low ball offer on a clear title trade in. Then to make matters worse I was told that I would be financing more than the price on the truck I wanted.....wayyyyy more. They came at me with a payment more than twice what I said I was comfortable doing. I walked at that point. Three hours of my day off wasted. They let me leave without even trying to get anything to work in my favor. I guess they had already reached the monthly quota. I’m never going back.
